BabyRelay: Shared Baby Care ("BabyRelay", "the App") is provided by Ruvix Labs
("Ruvix Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we
collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use BabyRelay.

BabyRelay is designed for parents, guardians, and caregivers to coordinate baby
care. It is not directed to children, and it does not provide medical advice.

  • sleep, wake, feed, diaper, note, night-wake, and handoff entries;

  • invite codes or join links used to connect caregivers to a family;

  • You are responsible for making sure you have authority to enter information
    about a child or another caregiver.

    If you buy or restore BabyRelay Family, purchase status is processed through

    metadata. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

    If you contact us through in-app support or email, we may collect your message,
    email address, support conversation details, and diagnostic information needed
    to investigate the issue.

    Attribution Information

    BabyRelay may use AppRefer and Apple App Tracking Transparency to understand
    which campaigns help people discover the App. Where required, tracking
    identifiers such as the Identifier for Advertisers are used only after you grant
    permission through the iOS tracking prompt. You can change tracking permissions
    in your device settings.

    or safe-sleep authority.

    How We Share Information

    We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to run

    events, handoff summaries, and caregiver activity associated with that family.

    Data Storage and Retention

    BabyRelay may store data locally on your device and in Firebase/Google Cloud for
    sync and backup. We retain family and care data while your account or family

    information is entered by an authorized adult caregiver.

    If we learn that a child has provided personal information directly without
    appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
