Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BabyRelay: Shared Baby Care
("BabyRelay", "the App"), provided by Ruvix Labs ("Ruvix Labs", "we", "us", or
"our"). By using BabyRelay, you agree to these Terms.

What BabyRelay Does

BabyRelay helps parents, guardians, and caregivers coordinate baby care. The App
lets care teams log and review sleep, wakes, feeds, diapers, notes, handoffs,
caregiver activity, child profiles, and related family-care information.

BabyRelay provides organization and schedule guidance only. BabyRelay is not a
medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace guidance
from a pediatrician, healthcare provider, emergency service, or safe-sleep
authority.

Eligibility and Caregiver Responsibility

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to
use BabyRelay. You are responsible for:

using BabyRelay only for lawful family or caregiving purposes;

entering information only when you have permission to do so;

inviting only caregivers who are authorized to access the family workspace;

keeping your device and account access secure;

using professional medical judgment or qualified medical help when needed.

Family Workspaces and Invites

BabyRelay may let you create or join a family workspace. Caregivers in the same
workspace may see child profiles, care events, handoff summaries, caregiver
names, and other shared family-care information.

Invite links and codes are intended only for the people you choose to invite.
You are responsible for managing who has access to your family workspace.

Subscriptions and Purchases

BabyRelay Family is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks
premium features such as additional children, larger care teams, care summaries,
longer history, exports, and family subscription access.

Available subscription products may include:

BabyRelay Monthly;

BabyRelay Annual;

BabyRelay Special Annual launch offer.

Prices, trial availability, renewal periods, and offer availability are shown in
the App and handled through Apple App Store billing. If you start a free trial,
your subscription automatically renews at the price shown unless you cancel at
least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends. Your Apple
account is charged for renewals according to Apple's terms.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Deleting
BabyRelay from your device does not cancel an active subscription.

Purchases are processed by Apple and Superwall. Ruvix Labs does not receive or
store your full payment card details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

misuse BabyRelay or attempt to disrupt its services;

access another family's workspace without authorization;

upload or share information that you do not have permission to share;

use BabyRelay for emergency, diagnostic, medical, or safety-critical

decisions;

reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the App except as allowed by law;

use BabyRelay in a way that violates applicable law or another person's

rights.

User Content and Data

You retain responsibility for the family-care information and other content you
enter into BabyRelay. You grant Ruvix Labs permission to process that content as
needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App.

You may export or delete supported family data through the App. Some limited
records may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, accounting,
or support reasons.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information. By
using BabyRelay, you also agree to the Privacy Policy:

Third-Party Services

BabyRelay may depend on third-party services including Apple, Firebase/Google
Cloud, Superwall, AppRefer, and Gleap. Your use of those services may also be
subject to their own terms and policies.

Changes to BabyRelay

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of BabyRelay at any time.
We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the
effective date and may provide additional notice when required.

Disclaimers

BabyRelay is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed
by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

BabyRelay's timing guidance, care summaries, and handoff information may be
incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate if entries are missing or devices are offline.
Always use your own judgment and seek qualified medical or emergency help when
appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ruvix Labs will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss
of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of
BabyRelay.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to BabyRelay if you violate these Terms,
create risk for other users, or use the App unlawfully. You may stop using the
App at any time.

Apple Terms

If you downloaded BabyRelay from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to
these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its
subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these
Terms against you as related to your use of BabyRelay on Apple platforms.
