GymStreak Labs ("we", "our", or "us") built Bare Minimum as a fitness application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Bare Minimum is designed as an offline-first application. The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

Workout history and logs

Streak progress and XP data

Achievement records

Life Happens shield usage

App settings and preferences (notification times, quiet days)

Onboarding selections (motivations, preferred workout times)

We do not have access to this data. It remains entirely on your device and under your control. You can delete all of this data at any time using the "Reset Everything" option in Settings.

Data Collected by Third-Party Services

#### Gleap (In-App Support)

When you use the "Get Help" feature in Settings, our support partner Gleap may collect:

Device information (model, OS version)

App version

Screenshots or screen recordings you choose to attach

Text you enter in support conversations

This data is processed by Gleap GmbH under their privacy policy. You initiate this data sharing only when you actively use the support feature.

#### Apple App Store

If you choose to rate or review our app, Apple handles that interaction under their own privacy policy.

Notifications

If you enable daily reminders or streak warnings, notification scheduling is handled entirely on your device using local notifications. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect personal information (name, email, phone number)

We do not require account creation or sign-in

We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs

We do not collect location data

We do not use advertising or ad tracking

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes

Data Retention

All app data is stored locally on your device. We retain no data on any server. When you delete the app or use the reset feature, all data is permanently removed.

Children's Privacy

Bare Minimum does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
