Bare Minimum — The Anti-Perfectionist Fitness App

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Bare Minimum mobile application ("the App") operated by GymStreak Labs ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Bare Minimum is a fitness application designed to encourage daily movement through short, accessible workouts. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  • Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

    • 2. Health Disclaimer

    Bare Minimum is not a medical application. The workouts and exercises provided are for general fitness purposes only.

  • The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

  • Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before starting any exercise program

  • If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during any exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention

  • You use the App and perform exercises at your own risk

  • We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur while using the App

    • 3. Intellectual Property

    The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GymStreak Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    This includes but is not limited to:

  • App design and user interface

  • Workout content and exercise descriptions

  • Exercise demonstration videos

  • The Sprout mascot character and artwork

  • Achievement badges and visual assets

    • 4. User Data

    All workout data, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain any user accounts or store data on external servers. You are responsible for your own device backups. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

    5. Third-Party Services

    The App integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Gleap — For in-app support and feedback. Use of Gleap is subject to their terms of service.

  • Apple App Store — The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

    • 6. Availability and Updates


  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice

  • We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App

    • 7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GymStreak Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from your use of the App.

    8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GymStreak Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
