This Privacy Policy describes how GymStreak Labs ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the Mendora : No Contact Tracker mobile application (the "App").

Mendora provides tools for breakup recovery, including no-contact tracking, journaling, SOS support, guided breathing, and AI-driven coaching. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us and information generated automatically through your use of the App.

  • Recovery Profile & Context: Relationship status, breakup context, and personal boundaries.

  • Activity Logs: Feelings, urge triggers, high-risk moments, and urge logs.

  • Journaling: Text entries and reflections created within the App.

  • Interactions: SOS support interactions, breathing reset usage statistics, and messages sent to the AI Coach.

  • Support Communications: Information provided when you contact us for support.
  • Information Collected Automatically


  • Diagnostics and Performance: Firebase services may collect crash logs, performance metrics, and app configuration data to ensure stability.

  • Usage Data: Information regarding how you interact with the App’s features.

  • Device Information: Technical data such as device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

  • Attribution Data: Information regarding app installs and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • 2. AI Coach Processing and Disclaimers

    The App features an AI Coach designed to provide motivational support and recovery guidance.

  • Data Processing: When you interact with the AI Coach, your chat messages and selected recovery context may be transmitted to Firebase AI Logic and Google Gemini to generate responses.

  • Sensitive Information: You should not enter highly sensitive personal information, medical data, legal information, or emergency details into the AI Coach chat.

  • Non-Professional Advice: The AI Coach and all App content are provided for informational and motivational purposes only. The App is not therapy, medical advice, emergency support, or legal advice.

  • Crisis Situations: If you are in an emergency or crisis situation, do not use the App. Please contact your local emergency services or a dedicated crisis hotline immediately.
  • 3. Local Storage

    To enhance your privacy and provide offline functionality, certain data—including your recovery profile, journal entries, tracker logs, and chat history—may be stored locally on your mobile device. We do not have access to data stored exclusively on your device unless it is transmitted to our services or third-party processors for specific app functionalities (such as AI processing).

    4. Purchases and Subscriptions

    Mendora offers premium features via subscriptions and in-app purchases.

  • Processing: All financial transactions are processed through the Apple App Store (StoreKit).

  • Management: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription logic, entitlements, and receipt validation.

  • Data Collected: We may process purchase history and subscription status, but we do not collect or store your credit card or bank account details.
  • 5. Third-Party Services

    We utilize the following third-party service providers to facilitate our service and analyze how the App is used:

  • Firebase / Google Cloud: Used for backend logic, App Check (security), remote configuration, and diagnostic data.

  • Firebase AI Logic / Google Gemini: Used to process prompts and generate AI Coach responses.

  • RevenueCat: Used for subscription management and purchase tracking.

  • Apple App Store: Used for app distribution and payment processing.

  • AppRefer: Used for attribution, install tracking, and monitoring campaign-related purchase events.
  • 6. How We Use Information

    We use the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the App’s core features.

  • To generate personalized responses via the AI Coach.

  • To monitor the usage and performance of the App.

  • To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.

  • To manage subscriptions and prevent fraudulent transactions.

    We do not sell your personal data. We may share information:

  • With Service Providers: As listed in the "Third-Party Services" section to perform functions on our behalf.

    We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the services described in this policy or as required by law. Data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete the App or clear the App's storage.
