LoadScore is operated by GymStreak Labs ("GymStreak Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how LoadScore handles information when you use the LoadScore iOS app, Apple Watch app, widgets, subscription features, and related services.

Information We Collect

LoadScore is designed around private, personal health context. Depending on what you choose to use, the app may process:

  • Apple Health data you authorize, such as heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, step count, active energy, sleep analysis, and workouts.

  • Onboarding answers and personalization settings, such as your goals, activity level, sleep quality, recovery preferences, stress sensitivity, and notification preferences.

  • App-entered context, such as mood or journal-style check-ins, hydration, caffeine, sunlight, breathing or reset activity, goals, streaks, and feedback on suggested recovery actions.

  • Purchase and subscription status handled by RevenueCat and Apple, such as product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal state, and anonymous app user identifiers.

  • Attribution and referral information handled by AppRefer, such as campaign/referral context and a device attribution identifier, when the AppRefer SDK is enabled in a release build.

  • Basic technical information needed to operate the app, such as app version, device type, crash or diagnostic information provided by Apple, and local notification preferences.
  • Apple Health Data

LoadScore only reads Apple Health data after you grant permission through Apple's Health permission sheet. You can change or revoke these permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.

Apple Health data is used to calculate and explain your LoadScore, recovery signals, stress/load contributors, day rhythm, insights, and personalized recovery suggestions. We do not sell Apple Health data, use it for advertising, or share it with advertising networks or data brokers. Apple Health data is not written to Apple Health by LoadScore.

    How We Use Information

    We use information to:

  • Calculate your LoadScore and related recovery metrics.

  • Personalize onboarding, insights, notifications, and recovery suggestions.

  • Show trends, contributor explanations, widgets, and Apple Watch companion surfaces.

  • Provide subscription access, purchase restoration, trial or offer presentation, and entitlement checks through RevenueCat and Apple.

  • Attribute installs or purchases to referral and advertising campaigns through AppRefer when enabled.

  • Improve reliability, debug problems, and understand broad product funnel events without logging raw HealthKit values.
  • Storage and Processing

Most app experience data is stored locally on your device using Apple's app storage technologies and may sync between the iPhone app, Apple Watch app, widgets, or app extensions where supported. Some subscription and attribution information is processed by RevenueCat, Apple, and AppRefer so purchases, entitlements, and campaign measurement work correctly.

Do not enter sensitive medical details, emergency information, or information about other people into free-text fields.

    Third-Party Services

LoadScore uses or may use the following service providers:

  • Apple Health and Apple App Store services for health permissions, subscriptions, purchases, refunds, and App Store account management.

  • RevenueCat for subscription products, purchase processing support, entitlement state, trial or offer metadata, and subscription lifecycle events.

  • AppRefer for campaign attribution, referral links, and purchase attribution measurement.
  • These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not permit providers to sell Apple Health data or use Apple Health data for advertising.

    Notifications

If you enable notifications, LoadScore may send reminders, recovery prompts, and stress/load state alerts. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.

    Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers described above, when required to operate subscriptions, attribution, support, security, analytics, or legal compliance. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

    Your Choices

    You can:

  • Revoke Apple Health permissions in the Health app or iOS Settings.

  • Disable notifications in iOS Settings.

  • Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings.

  • Delete the app to remove locally stored app data from your device, subject to normal iOS backup behavior.

  • Contact us to request help with privacy questions.
  • Children's Privacy

LoadScore is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
