These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LoadScore, operated by GymStreak Labs ("GymStreak Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). By using LoadScore, you agree to these Terms.

What LoadScore Provides

LoadScore is a wellness and recovery app that helps you understand your current stress/load state using Apple Health data, onboarding answers, app-entered context, and recovery patterns. LoadScore may include iPhone, Apple Watch, widget, notification, onboarding, paywall, subscription, and companion experiences.

Wellness Only; Not Medical Advice

LoadScore is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. LoadScore scores, insights, alerts, recovery suggestions, and trends are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Do not rely on LoadScore for emergencies or important medical decisions. If you feel unwell, are in danger, or have a medical concern, contact a qualified medical professional or emergency services.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and use LoadScore in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for your device, Apple ID, purchase settings, Health permissions, notification settings, and any information you enter into the app.

Health Permissions and User Content

You control whether LoadScore can read Apple Health data. If you deny or revoke permission, some features may be unavailable or may use simulated or limited data.

You are responsible for any mood logs, journal-style entries, goals, preferences, or other content you enter. Do not enter information that you do not have the right to provide, information about other people without permission, or sensitive emergency/medical details.

Subscriptions and Purchases

LoadScore may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, free trials, promotional offers, or limited-time offers through the Apple App Store. Prices, billing periods, trials, and offers are shown in the app and are handled by Apple and RevenueCat.

When you purchase a subscription:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your Apple ID may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings.

Free trials or promotional offers, when available, are subject to Apple's rules and may vary by user, region, or eligibility.

We cannot guarantee refunds; refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

If there is a conflict between these subscription terms and Apple's required App Store terms, Apple's terms control for App Store purchases. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement may also apply where required: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the app or related services.

Use LoadScore for medical diagnosis, emergency response, workplace surveillance, or decisions that require professional health judgment.

Upload, enter, or transmit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

Use the app in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of LoadScore at any time. Features may depend on device compatibility, Apple Health availability, watchOS/iOS versions, subscriptions, network access, third-party services, or permissions you grant.

Intellectual Property

LoadScore, including its design, mascots, text, graphics, software, and brand elements, is owned by GymStreak Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app or its content.

Third-Party Services

LoadScore may rely on Apple, RevenueCat, AppRefer, and other service providers for purchases, entitlement checks, attribution, diagnostics, or platform features. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

Disclaimers

LoadScore is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymStreak Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, health outcomes, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of LoadScore.

Termination

You may stop using LoadScore at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or misuse the app or related services. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple ID subscription settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice in the app or through App Store listing materials. Continued use of LoadScore after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
