OvaKind Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 6, 2026
OvaKind is operated by GymStreak Labs ("OvaKind," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how OvaKind handles information when you use the OvaKind mobile app.
OvaKind is a privacy-first PCOS pattern tracker. It is designed for personal tracking, pattern awareness, and appointment preparation. OvaKind does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, emergency guidance, contraception, or guaranteed ovulation prediction.
Information You Choose To Enter
You may choose to enter or generate information such as:
This information can be sensitive health-related information. You control what you enter.
Local-First Health Tracking
OvaKind is built to keep core PCOS tracking local-first. Check-ins, symptoms, cycle notes, appointment questions, drafts, and reports are stored on your device using device storage. The app uses encrypted local storage where supported by the platform.
We do not automatically upload your check-ins, symptoms, cycle notes, appointment questions, clinician summaries, or reports to our servers, Firebase Analytics, RevenueCat, AppRefer, Gleap, or advertising partners.
Sharing Is User-Initiated
OvaKind does not automatically share your reports or health logs. If you use copy, text share, PDF share, or another system share action, the information you choose to share is handled by the destination app or service you select.
Subscriptions And Purchases
If you purchase OvaKind Pro, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. RevenueCat may process subscription status, product identifiers, entitlement status, renewal state, purchase history, app user identifiers, device identifiers, and attribution identifiers needed to unlock Pro features, prevent fraud, provide subscription support, and understand subscription performance. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Attribution And Advertising Measurement
OvaKind may use AppRefer to understand which campaigns or links led to installs, app opens, and subscription outcomes. Depending on your platform settings and consent choices, AppRefer and related platform services may process identifiers such as IDFA, IDFV, Google Advertising ID, install referrer data, AppRefer device identifiers, app-open events, product interaction events, purchase attribution signals, and similar attribution data. This is used for analytics and advertising measurement, not to show third-party ads inside OvaKind.
On iOS, access to the advertising identifier is requested through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt where required. You can allow or deny tracking in your device settings. On Android, you can reset or limit advertising ID use in your device settings where supported.
Analytics And Diagnostics
OvaKind may use Firebase Analytics to collect limited product events such as app opens, onboarding completion, check-in completion, and paywall views. These events help us understand app reliability and feature usage. We intentionally avoid including symptom names, treatment names, appointment questions, notes, report text, or raw health entries in analytics event parameters.
OvaKind may use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports, diagnostics, performance information, device information, operating-system details, app version, and limited identifiers needed to diagnose and fix crashes.
In-App Support
OvaKind may use Gleap for in-app support. If you contact support, Gleap may process information you provide, such as your name or email address, support messages, screenshots or attachments you choose to send, device/app diagnostics, and an app support identifier. Do not send sensitive health details through support unless you are comfortable including them in the support request.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, OvaKind may schedule local notifications on your device. Reminder settings are controlled by you and can be changed in the app or your device settings. Reminder text is designed to stay gentle and avoid late-period or pregnancy-pressure assumptions.
Third-Party Services
OvaKind may interact with the following services depending on your use:
These services process information under their own privacy policies and service terms.
Data Deletion
You can clear local OvaKind data from the in-app Privacy Center. You can also remove the app from your device to delete locally stored app data, subject to platform backup behavior and device settings.
For information processed by remote service providers, you can contact support@gymstreak.com to request access or deletion where applicable. Subscription records may also be retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or payment processors as required for purchase records, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal, or compliance purposes.
Children
OvaKind is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your Choices
You can choose not to enter sensitive information, disable reminders, deny tracking permission where offered, adjust device advertising settings, avoid support attachments, avoid share actions, cancel subscriptions through your store account, and clear local app data from the Privacy Center.
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of personal information. Because OvaKind's core tracking data is stored locally on your device, many data-control actions can be performed directly in the app.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures for the app's local-first design, including platform-supported encrypted storage for sensitive local data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as OvaKind changes. The updated policy will show a new effective date.
