OvaKind Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OvaKind, operated by GymStreak Labs ("OvaKind," "we," "us," or "our"). By using OvaKind, you agree to these Terms.

What OvaKind Does

OvaKind is a PCOS pattern tracker for personal tracking, pattern awareness, and appointment preparation. It can help you log cycles, symptoms, medications, supplements, optional TTC context, optional metabolic context, reminders, notes, and clinician-summary reports.

Not Medical Advice

OvaKind does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, emergency guidance, contraception, or guaranteed ovulation prediction. The app's summaries are based on information you choose to enter and are intended to support personal awareness and clinician conversations.

Always seek advice from a qualified clinician about symptoms, medications, fertility care, medical conditions, treatment decisions, or urgent concerns. Do not ignore professional medical advice because of information shown in OvaKind.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter, the reports you choose to share, and how you use OvaKind. You should review any report before sharing it with a clinician or anyone else.

Subscriptions And OvaKind Pro

OvaKind offers a free core tracker and optional paid OvaKind Pro features. OvaKind Pro may include deeper longitudinal insights, advanced report controls, optional TTC/metabolic depth, advanced reminders, report history, and polished PDF sharing.

If you purchase a subscription, payment is charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play account you use at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to the store's rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the store where you purchased the subscription.

Pro features may change over time. If a subscription cannot be verified, Pro features may be unavailable until entitlement status is restored.

Privacy

Your use of OvaKind is also governed by our Privacy Policy. OvaKind is designed around local-first tracking, user-reviewed sharing, and clear controls for local app data. Limited subscription, attribution, analytics, diagnostics, and support data may be processed by service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse OvaKind, attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the app, use the app for unlawful purposes, or rely on the app as a substitute for professional medical care.

Availability And Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of OvaKind. We aim to keep the product useful and respectful, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers

OvaKind is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. Health and fertility-related tracking can be uncertain, especially with irregular cycles, and OvaKind should not be used as a sole basis for medical or reproductive decisions.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymStreak Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of OvaKind.

Apple And Google Terms

If you downloaded OvaKind from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store terms also apply. For Apple users, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may apply in addition to these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using OvaKind at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as OvaKind changes. The updated Terms will show a new effective date.
