PepMod is operated by GymStreak Labs ("PepMod," "we," "us," or "our"). PepMod is an educational and tracking app for peptide-related routines. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment recommendations.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Account information

When you create or sign in to an account, we may collect your email address, display name, authentication provider identifiers, and basic profile details such as first name and birth date. PepMod is intended for adults only, and birth date is used to support age-appropriate access and profile continuity.

App activity and tracking records

When you use PepMod, you may enter information such as protocols, selected peptides, dose logs, reminders, vial details, body metrics, notes, preferences, and onboarding responses. This information is used to provide the app's tracking and educational features.

Purchase and subscription information

If you start a trial or subscription, purchase information is processed by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We receive subscription status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, entitlement status, and related purchase metadata so we can unlock paid features and provide customer support.

Attribution, analytics, and device information

We may collect or receive device and app event information such as app installs, app opens, paywall views, trial starts, purchases, device identifiers permitted by the platform, advertising attribution identifiers, diagnostic data, and basic usage events. We use Firebase, RevenueCat, AppRefer, Meta/Facebook App Events, Crashlytics, and similar service providers to measure app performance, understand marketing effectiveness, prevent duplicate attribution, and improve the product.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, PepMod uses notification settings and schedule information to send reminders you request. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

How We Use Information

Create and manage your account.

Provide protocol tracking, reminders, progress charts, unit-conversion tools, and related app features.

Save and sync your data across devices when supported.

Process subscriptions, trials, purchases, restorations, and entitlements.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate PepMod, including:

Firebase / Google Cloud for authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting, and app infrastructure.

RevenueCat for subscription entitlement and purchase management.

Apple and Google Play for app distribution, subscriptions, payments, and refunds.

AppRefer for advertising attribution and campaign measurement.

Meta/Facebook App Events for advertising measurement where permitted by your platform settings.

These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices and only for the purposes needed to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Health and Sensitive Information

PepMod may contain information you choose to enter about wellness routines, protocols, metrics, and notes. You control what you enter. PepMod is for educational and tracking purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data from within the app where available or by contacting us.

You can:

Update or delete information you enter in the app.

Disable notifications in device settings.

Manage subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.

Limit ad tracking through iOS or Android privacy settings.

Request account deletion or data access by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

PepMod is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

International Users

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
