PepMod Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PepMod, operated by GymStreak Labs ("PepMod," "we," "us," or "our"). By using PepMod, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational and Tracking Tool Only

PepMod is an educational and tracking tool. PepMod is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment recommendations, or emergency services. Information in the app, including peptide library content, protocol tracking, reminders, unit-conversion tools, charts, and summaries, is provided for general educational and record-keeping purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide, supplement, medication, health, or wellness routine. If you experience a medical emergency or adverse symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.

2. Eligibility

PepMod is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using PepMod, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being used in violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the information you enter into PepMod and for decisions you make based on that information. You agree not to use PepMod to:

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Purchases

PepMod may offer paid subscriptions, trials, and promotional offers. Subscription pricing, billing periods, trial availability, and renewal terms are shown before purchase in the App Store or Google Play purchase flow.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period or as otherwise described by Apple or Google Play. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play according to their policies.

If a free trial or promotional offer is available, eligibility is determined by the relevant app store and may be limited to new subscribers or specific regions. We may change pricing, features, offers, or subscription plans where permitted by law.

6. App Content and Features

We may update, change, add, or remove features at any time. We try to keep educational content useful and current, but we do not guarantee that any content is complete, accurate, or suitable for your circumstances. You should independently verify information and consult qualified professionals.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using PepMod, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

PepMod, including its design, software, text, graphics, branding, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use PepMod only for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of information you enter into PepMod. You grant us a limited right to process that information as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the app, process subscriptions, and comply with legal obligations.

10. Disclaimers

PepMod is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that PepMod will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information will meet your needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymStreak Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to your use of PepMod.

12. Termination

You may stop using PepMod at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or if we discontinue the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and may notify you in the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of PepMod after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
